  • 1. 30-45 minute prenatal meet and greet at 36+ weeks or more. Includes education and teaching hand expression, pump flange fitting and set up, help with questions related to positioning.

  • After delivery-A one-on-one, 90-minute session that includes a comprehensive health history and delivery overview, review related to lactation, weighted feed, latch assessment, any pump assistance needed, plan of care, follow-up.
